Paris

It’s been about a year since I was last in Paris. I love to just walk when I’m there, to explore the neighborhoods and parks, to sit in a café and watch people. The galleries and famous sites can wait. This is a favorite pastime of the locals and I understand why. But today the streets are empty. It’s hard to imagine this most vibrant and civilized city, the master of café culture, empty. The cafés are closed. There is no one to appreciate the perfect architecture, no one in the galleries. Here is a bit of a look at the Paris that was and the one that will be again.
